Meet Ramiro Leal | BoldJourney
We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Ramiro Leal. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Ramiro below.
Ramiro, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
My purpose comes from being fully in tune with what I’m meant to do in this world. It’s not just about the moments of clarity and peak performance, but about holding onto that purpose even through challenging times. When I’m in a state of true inspiration, I can clearly see what drives me, and I use that vision to fuel me through the tougher moments. It’s this constant push for growth, to strive for more and be better, that gives me purpose in everything I pursue. It’s a cycle that keeps me grounded and motivated, knowing that each step I take is part of a greater journey.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m an actor and content creator, primarily working in film and TV, with a focus on stories that have impact and connect with audiences. I approach each project with a sense of discovery, striving to bring characters to life in a way that feels authentic and engaging. What excites me most about my work is the power of storytelling to bridge experiences—whether it’s through comedy, drama, or action. It’s a chance to explore universal themes and bring audiences on a journey that resonates long after the credits roll.
Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a few exciting projects, including a global commercial campaign and an a couple of ongoing partnership, where I’m creating video content that merges storytelling with top-tier brands. I’m also working on several interviews and articles that dive deeper into my creative journey, and I’m always looking to collaborate on projects that push boundaries and bring fresh perspectives to the screen.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, three qualities have been most impactful in my journey: Strength, Power, and Grace. These pillars are essential to every character I play because, without them, a character would feel flat. I like to think of it as similar to a ballerina or a football player. Each has the strength to move across the stage or field, the power to endure a full performance or game, and the grace to make it look effortless, inspiring the audience to think, ‘I could do that.’ But what the audience doesn’t see is the intense time and preparation it takes to bring that sense of ease to each performance.
For those early in their journey, I’d say start by recognizing and cultivating these qualities within yourself. Strength comes from consistency and discipline, power from commitment, and grace from learning to embrace the process, even when it’s challenging. Building these qualities takes time, but they’ll give you a solid foundation to connect authentically with your audience and make each performance resonate.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’m always looking to collaborate with passionate creatives—whether they’re in film, TV, commercial work, or beyond. I’m especially drawn to working with people who value storytelling as a powerful way to connect and inspire, and who bring their unique vision to each project. I believe some of the best work comes from a genuine exchange of ideas and from the drive to push boundaries together.
